Is a day to celebrate the important role that guide dogs play in helping the blind and vision impaired enjoy safe and independent travel.

Its simple, fun and best of all a great cause.  Invite your guests and raise money to help support the fight against cancer.

Wednesday 4th – Mother’s Day Morning Tea – Time: 9.30 am 

Our mothers, grandmothers and special friends are welcomed to the centre to enjoy a morning tea with their child/grandchild 

 Monday 16th-20th Families Week

Come to Adeona and explore how families are defined by love and caring, by respect and safety. 

 Thursday 26th- National Sorry Day 

Is a continuing effort to achieve appropriate education, reconciliation and recognition for the Aboriginal stolen generation.

Wednesday 8th June- Best Friends Day / Buddy Day 

Was created to show the importance of friendship and raise awareness of bullying amongst children.

Friday 24th – Red Nose Day

Show your support and raise awareness for SIDS by coming in to Adeona wearing red clothing and a red nose.

4th - 8th- NAIDOC Week 

It is a time to celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and an opportunity to recognise the contributions that Indigenous Australians make to our country and our society.

Bring your favourite teddy bear along to Adeona. 

Friday 22nd- National Pyjama Day 

 Roll out of bed and come to Adeona dressed in your pyjamas.

Monday 1st- National Tree Day 

Its a great opportunity for children to learn about nature, get outside and have fun at the same time.

1st - 7th- Dental Health Week  

This week raises awareness of how to best look after your teeth, the children will participate in a range experiences that encourage good dental hygiene.

Come to Adeona wearing denim to help raise awareness for Children’s Medical Research Institute.

15th - 19th- Science Week

Come join in for some amazing activities to help celebrate the annual celebration of Science.

Come join in activities and story telling to highlight the importance of reading.
