The children get to participate in a hands on experience around chickens. They get to see the eggs as they hatch and then grow over the two weeks into chicks.

Come dressed as your favourite superhero and spend the day learning about how we can all be superhero's in our own way.

Show your support and raise awareness for SIDS by coming in to Adeona wearing red clothing and a red nose.

29th- International Mud Day

Come in your old clothes (and pack some clean fresh ones) ready for a day of fun in the mud! In doing this, we are connecting with the land in a personal way.  We will be learning that the land is not only a resource that supplies our livelihood, but to be seen as something we can love and enjoy just for it's own sake.

World Space Week is the largest space event in the world and an ideal time for teachers and educators to use space-based activities to excite students about science and technology.

A great chance to discuss and learn about healthy choices for our food.  The children will be invited to create healthy choices, such as fruit kababs, in their groups! This week also joins up with World Food Day, where families are invited to share a plate of food from their native culture.

Come wearing pink to show your support for people living with cancer

28th- Halloween Party

Come dressed up ready to trick or treat. The children will have the opportunity to participate in Halloween arts and crafts.

November 

1st- Melbourne Cup

The race that stops the nation. Come dressed in your fascinator or tie. 

3rd- Old MacDonald’s Farm Show

11th- Remembrance Day

December

1st -Yellow Tribe Graduation Ceremony

A final celebration to congratulate and celebrate the past year as a preschooler.

2nd- Renata Presents “The Christmas Show”

 Rock the classrooms with acoustic Christmas carols. Renata visits guitar in hand to entertain children, staff or families with all the favourite songs of the season. Do you know where and why the Christmas tree originated? In this fun show the students are involved to theatrically dress up and act out a traditional German Christmas story involving spiders and a farm lady learning about the spirit of giving.
